1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website credavionex.com (hereinafter, the "Site") and the services offered by Credavionex S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Credavionex"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, we ask that you not use our Site or contract our services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Credavionex.
2. Description of Services
Credavionex offers personal financial advisory services, guidance on government economic support programs, financial education through workshops and educational materials, and retirement financial planning. Our services are informational and advisory in nature. The recommendations provided do not constitute investment advice regulated by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) nor do they replace the counsel of an independent financial professional.
3. User Requirements
To use our services, you must: be over 18 years of age or have authorization from your legal guardian, be a legal resident of the United Mexican States, provide truthful, complete and current information when contacting us or registering, and use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, educational material, design and software, is the property of Credavionex or its licensors and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. The reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any Site content without prior written authorization from Credavionex is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Credavionex makes its best efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee that: information about government programs will always be current, as these programs may be modified without prior notice by the corresponding authorities; specific financial results from following our recommendations, as these depend on multiple external factors; uninterrupted operation of the Site, as it may be subject to scheduled maintenance or technical contingencies. In no case shall Credavionex's total liability exceed the amount paid by the User for services contracted during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Initial free consultations do not generate any obligation for the User. For paid contracted services: the User may cancel within the first 5 business days after contracting without any charge, in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law. After said period, the specific cancellation terms of the contracted service will apply. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.
7. Acceptable Use of the Site
The User agrees not to: attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site or Credavionex's computer systems, use the Site to transmit illegal, defamatory, offensive material or material that infringes third-party rights, carry out activities that may damage, overload or impair the Site's operation, impersonate another person or entity when using our services, or use robots, spiders or other automated mechanisms to access the Site.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
9. Modifications to Terms
Credavionex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For substantial changes, we will notify registered Users by email at least 15 days in advance.
